Scan reports are delivered by email after each scheduled scan. If yours didn't arrive, here are the most common reasons and how to fix them.
Check your spam or junk folder
Reports come from [email protected]. Some email providers filter these automatically. Add that address to your contacts or safe sender list to make sure future reports land in your inbox.
Confirm we have the right email on file
If you've changed email addresses or your team has a new point of contact, we may still be sending to an old address. Submit a ticket with your preferred email and we'll update it.
Your scan may not have run yet
Scans run on a fixed schedule. If you're checking close to your scheduled scan date, it may simply not have run yet. If you believe it's overdue, create a ticket to let us know. We'll get back to you within 1 business day.
Request a manual report
If you need your most recent data right away, submit a ticket and ask us to resend your latest report. Select "a11y Radar" and include your website URL. We'll get it to you within 1 business day.
