Why Is My Lighthouse Score Showing 0 (or Not Updating)?

If you're looking at your Radar dashboard and the Lighthouse score is showing 0, or hasn't changed since your last check-in, this is expected — and here's why.

Lighthouse scores are manually updated

Unlike the violation scan, which runs automatically on your schedule, Lighthouse scores in Radar are updated manually by our team. This is because Lighthouse can be inconsistent across environments, and we want to make sure what you see is accurate.

We update Lighthouse scores after each scan. If you're expecting an update and don't see one, it likely just hasn't been triggered yet.

What to do

If you've recently had remediation work completed and want your Lighthouse score updated, submit a ticket, select "a11y Radar," and include the URL(s) you'd like updated. We'll take care of it within 2 business days.

A score of 0 doesn't mean your site has zero accessibility violations — it just means the score hasn't been pulled yet. Your violation report is the most reliable indicator of your current status.
